[Greenbuilding] Builder Recommendations for Berkeley Springs, WV

Hi - I recently purchased 19 wooded acres outside of Berkeley  
Springs, WV.  I plan to build an entirely/nearly off-grid small  
house.  I'm looking for recommendations for builders and/or  
craftspeople in the area.  So far, I have talked with Mountain View  
Builders, and they appear knowledgeable about green design/ 
construction.  Any comments regarding builders/craftspeople OR just  
any comments regarding building in that area would be much  
appreciated.  Thanks!
