[Greenbuilding] Murricans

[Lawrence Lile]

Some non-US folk, chiefly Canadians if I'm not mistaken, use "Murricans"
as a slang term for those in the US.  I think it is funny so I used it
too. AFAIK it is not derogatory in any way. 
BTW, I am a "Murrican"
