[Greenbuilding] RETscreen

Hi Eli,

I've been dabbling in it for faith buildings, as HOT 2000 and HOT XP
don't cut it on larger buildings like that. I like it better than HOT
for how it builds things up. It also does have some pretty cool
features on it. And free is always good. I'm not a full time energy
auditor, so I'm not fluent in either program, but I'm working with a
great energy auditor and we are learning together, and he is liking it
even better than HOT as well. All of this is for retrofits and energy
consumption analysis though, not new construction.

If I had more free time, I'd play with it more.

Stephen
