[Greenbuilding] MASS Power Shift (MAPS) Charting the Path to a Sustainable Future April 11th - 14th

A group of mostly MA college students are putting on quite an ambitious program to be held in early April in Boston. 

Since almost 50% of all greenhouse gas emissions come from buildings ...... the student organizers are very interested in involving like minded "greenbuilding" people....

Their inspiration came out of Power Shift 2007, held in DC (over 5,500 youth climate activists met... " the largest lobbying day on climate change in U.S. history')

 My understanding is there are other similar groups throughout the US, following up on what happened at Power Shift 2007.

I'm an architect in mid-fifties and I can't help but get inspired by these students.
