Interesting. Well, I've noticed corrosion resistant coatings on rebar at 
some sites recently... as for moisture resistance, I think that's 
typically done with richer mixes of cement, which might be 
counterproductive in cost, corrosion and energetic efficiencies.

I wonder if the chemically bonded fly ash does well in terms of 
corrosion... I also wonder just how much fly ash there is in the world, 
compared to our appetite for cement. I suspect it's even worse than the 
soybeans:diesel ratio...
