[Greenbuilding] [BULK] energy efficiency and renovations

     You might want to move programable thermostat up to the top 5,
     efficient appliances being a given.
     Most of us will cut the night temp waay back IF we know we will
     be comfortable in the am. Unless you have achieved the kind of
     tightness that loses little over night....
