And I will add that at one time before my father died, my husband and 
I offered to find them a smaller house near us (Austin area).  They 
said NO, vehemently.  They never liked this area, said it was too 
noisy, and crowded, and it was really unaffordable to them anyway. 
Their living expenses, insurance, etc. were much less up near my 
sister in Texarkana, ARK.
