[Greenbuilding] Whole-house electricity use display

The blueline power cost monitor wouldn't serve the purpose you're asking
about because it clamps onto the meter itself. As for the TED, I'm not sure.

hooking two or more of these up and clamping them to individual
circuits--maybe? Someone more familiar with how the electrical panels on MF
houses are set up should chime in.
That is an intriguing idea.
