Just a thought, but I have a friend who does maple syrup, and he has a
used stainless tank off a milk tanker truck.

Down in dairy country east of here, he found a 
place that deals in these, and apparently if they get a bad
enough dent, etc., they have to be changed out for sanitation reasons.
