[Greenbuilding] Bond Breaker?

Hello, all.

     So I'm casting some pavers.  The instructions recommend coating  
the inside of the forms with "bond breaker", a fluid designed to help  
the concrete come away from the forms easily.

     My local building supply seems to be having trouble locating any.

     Is there any reason I can't use something like vegetable oil or  
mineral oil?  Or is there another alternative?
