Polyurethane maybe? that's a very common mold material, as is silicone rubber.

I've tried everything, basically. We have a unique situation with
complicated high gloss molds that have to take a very dry mix and
go on a vibrating table. Prepping and cleaning the molds is a big
deal for us.

For more normal situations, particularly with poly or rubber molds, sometimes
you don't need much. Some proprietary products alter the surface chemisty
of the concrete and only require a fine spray.

You can probably just brush on some vegetable oil, or get a spray can of PAM.
