[Greenbuilding] why pressure treated sills?

We've tried to research it and it appears to be a good product, although
we've had a hard time getting materials and tech info, and they have had a
hard time figuring out logistics to get material to us. So if you can get
through that in your neck of the woods, it's worth checking into.
