[Stoves] Steam injected into flame

Jeff,
For rough testing:  
Possibly you can try a small steam-generator for household-cleaning. But I
think it generates only steam of 100°C, which I think, must be heated up
before blowing into the flames.
You can possibly warm up the steam with a propane-torch when it goes through
a copper-tube before blow into fire.
