Any tips or suggestions that result in fast, clean video presentations are
welcome.

I took Lanny's 11 MB video file and used Video Edit Magic 4.1 ($70 from
Deskshare http://www.deskshare.com/resources/resources.aspx)

Lanny's video didn't have audio so I stripped that.

At "Make Movie" I selected: "WMV - For Windows Media Server - Streaming"

It gave me:
Encoded bitrate 128kbps
Overhead 8 kbps
Required bitrate 136 kbps
Framerate 15 fps
Output size 240 x 180

The final file size is about 274 kb.

The 19 second piece shows as specific theme fairly well.

It is really hard for me to watch (or send) video on a Swazi dial-up. I was
impressed with the video system Tom Miles has in place on the REPP site. I
clicked and it ran! Amazing.
