Martin we have discussed just such a device in the past but for a
different purpose, the idea was mooted to make use of a steam jet but
not in an eductor. My experiments with the eductor/aspirator found the
cost of the heat lost in the steam was too great. So the idea was to
pass the steam through a simple axial central turbine and discharge
but the concentric outer section could be an axial or centrifugal fan
passing clean air.

I since developed the idea to combine an induced draught fan and
dilution air fan on one shaft to enable drying of wood chip directly
in the output of a small combustor.
