I would be very surprised if you will find a "Book of Solutions 
for Building Kava Kava Driers." Indeed, I would be surprised if you could 
find a single paper on the problem. The problem is similar for most "heating

applications".... you really should consider getting to understand the 
problem first.

If you want a good solution to a "heating problem," I am afraid that you 
will have to get to understand the problem, or hire an Engineer to do it for

you.
