I do not know if this is true but I have read that in the near future (at the 
present rate of expansion) our computers will be consuming more energy/fuel 
than our automobiles!

I bet those few on the "edge of accessibility" are closer to help the people 
with "no access". In other words, if we cut off those on the edge we cut off 
many more.
