Dear Mike

While the stove system shown on the Bioenergy Lists Site appears to be
vented outside the Living space with a chimney, have you, or others, done
any work to measure the dioxin content of flue gas from dung burning?

If not, would you, or anyone else know of any measurements of dioxins in the
products of combustion from dung burning?

In addition to the readily recognized concerns for Indoor Air Quality when
biomass is burned in a home without positive means of removing the
pollutants, dung burning may have a serious additional hazard, in the form
of dioxins. Are you (or anyone else) aware of any work indicating that dung
fuel does, or does not, create a dioxin hazard when products of combustion
from dung are vented inside the living space?

Thanks.

Kevin
