[Stoves] STATIC MIXER (Martin)

Dear Martin,

In regards to a static flame mixer:
I had some time today for two experiments with my Woodgas Camp Stove, while I 
was repairing a Farmall M. I was looking at the twisted crossed tin that is 
on top of the stove to provide a space between the pot and stove and then I 
remembered your e-mail. This tin holds up well in the flame and I wonder if 
it does any mixing?

One of the experiments was with some old stale peanut that I was going to 
toss. So I thought I would see if they will work as fuel. The peanuts burned 
for 1.5 hours!
