[Stoves] Report on Improved Dung Burning Stove in Tibet

I have made paper balls (fireballs) from re-pulped paper, by hand. I have
also made these fireballs with a rotating drum (cement mixer). My
production is much greater with the rotating drum than by hand. I also
think that it could be scaled up.
