[Stoves] air pumps, stoves and unintended effects

If there was removed all the smoke in living rooms, I asked myself a time
ago, if a small positive effect of smoke could be to reduce mosquito
attacks. In that case, a smokeless fire could in a certain manner be more
dangerous than a smoking fire, though being aware of the terrible primarily
damages of smoke.

Nets were surely the better way.
