[Stoves] Dimensions for Pocket Rocket with 55Gal Drum

Dear Kevin,

Maintaining constant cross sectional area results in good heat transfer
while maintaining draft through the stove. It's a good place to start the
design...going smaller results in lower fuel use but often higher emissions.
We'll be posting the 55 gallon design to the List.

What is the reasoning behind your recommendation for constant cross-section?
