[Stoves] CDM decisions update

Agreed.

It is my hope that we will in fact get some CDM allowance for an upcoming 
project for 1500 institutional Lion stoves (15 Kw each).  I am not involved 
in the admin end of it but the office seems optimistic that we are going to 
sell the carbon offset 'privately'.  This is a viable alternative and if the 
main actors don't get their act together more and more carbon trading will 
go to private markets.
