[Stoves] Berkeley Tara - Darfur Improved Stove

Ashok Gadgil and Susan Amrose of the Lawrence Berkeley National Lab have
submitted a presentation they made on the Berkeley Tara, an improved
cookstove for Darfur that is based on the Indian metal Tara cook stove.  See
