[Stoves] Testing gel fuel stove

Dear Chemists

What is the chemical content of a gel fuel, expressed in terms that also apply to natural gas or paraffin?

I have a combustion analyzer but it does not have a fuel choice of 'alcohol'.

I ran a test using the fuel 'propane' as the one it expected to see.

Now I want to make corrections to the data. To do that I need to know at least:

Carbon content
Hydrogen content
Water content

The analysis of the CO content is made against the maximum possible CO2 content, assuming all the carbon could be perfectly burned. If the actual carbon content of the fuel is 10% less than the analyser expects, it gives a different CO reading, because the CO2 content is actually calculated from 'missing oxygen' and measured CO.

Many thanks
Crispin
