Our new 2 burner rocket almost fits your description Dean.

During the next few weeks we will be sending in pics of how it works and how
it is made, but we can cook one pot at a time or multiple pots, some sunken
and others on top of the griddle, all at the same time.  We can cook for up
to 65 people when we combine the use of simple retained heat cookers with
the rocket stove.  

This is a chimney stove. Our ETHOS team has submitted an article with recent
test results.  Compared with Proleñas, plancha we heat 2 liters of water in
9.6 mins. while theirs (according to the brochure) heats 2 liters in 15
minutes.
