Dear Lanny,

I have a book called "Build Your Own Earth Oven" (ISBN 0-9679846-0-2) from
http://www.lindsaybks.com/

Great book. All about REAL bread ovens. I bought it for inspiration when I was
building my heathut. Didn't help too much (for the heathut) but it did make
me hungry.

Chapter Three is "Simple Sourdough Bread". Below is a snippet:

" Sourdough bread is just flour, water, and salt. What could be simpler?!
(yeast is not really an ingredient, since it is already there, awaiting
cultivation). Simplicity, however, has suffered in our industrial culture, so
depending on where and how you live, it may take a bit of work to do thinks
simply."
