The title of the thesis is: Clay Testing: A Manual on the Clay/Non-clay Ratio Measurement Technique by Anura Gaspe, Peter Messer, Pete Young. An abridged version was published by IT Publications in the UK and is also available from ECHO Global Bookstore in the US - see

A very abridged version (basically only how to do the test) was published in: Thailand Improved Charcoal Bucket Stove - Technology and Dissemination. I have a copy here and can scan it and email it to you (about 2 pages). I'll see what I can do this evening.
