[Stoves] UHO was: Understanding "charcoal making" stoves. Was: energy lost

Dear all,

The only gasifier which is accepted to be a gasifier in all disputants
meaning is a „Räucherofen“ (word by word translated: Fumigating-stove),
because there is definitively _never_ a “cooking” process following the
gasification.-If you do not call fumigation itself a cooking process-

But it is called a “stove” in German. And it is right to call that a stove,
because there is a burning process too, in order to generate gasification.

But if you want to define a gasifier sharply, I think, only another
heat-source than the fuel itself is necessary for a “pure gasifier”,
otherwise it is always somehow a “badly burning” fire or stove.

If we use a heat-exchanger in the cooling circuit of a motor-car to boil
food, which Frans Peters proposed

- I find this a good idea- would not that car then be somehow a stove?

Is it not necessary to have beside our “drawers” for clear members of
“stoves” and “gasifiers” another drawer of UHO (=undefined heating object)?

All disputants know the technical details and agree in how they work. We do
not need to split hairs and to win the words against others, to understand
and to be able to speak with each other.

Let us have some more ease and smiling.

Have fun with all different types of advanced cooking !

Martin
