[Stoves] Just add a fan.

I'm not quite sure why a modular approach to making something like: http://stoves.bioenergylists.org/en/STOwscooker  doesn't seem to make sense?  It already is about 80% done.  Just add a fan for a different configuration for the wealthier crowd.

It would more than double the cost of the stove, but would improve performance.  And the stove could still be used without the fan.
