To all,
Using tea-candles,
I want to give a safety-hint. I (only) once saw by a tea-candle at the end
of the burning-time a dangerous effect.
The aluminium-cup with the rest of paraffin got by the wick-flame so hot,
that at once there was a really big flame of whole the rest of the paraffin.
Therefore I suggest for safety, to put the aluminium-cups containing the
tea-candles e.g. onto a dish filled with a small amount of water. This would
provide (by good warmth transfer of aluminium) that immediate gasification
of the rest of the paraffin can occur. I think the temperature of the
aluminium-cup is held under 100°C by the water.
