[Stoves] Fast Growing Fuel

Growing algae requires certain technological inputs such circulation of
water and bubbling of carbon dioxide through the culture. Also keeping the
culture pure is a bother. An alternative would be some of the high yielding
fodder grasses like hybrid Napier, Sorghum-Sudangrass hybrids or Miscanthes.
These plants would utilise the waste water generated by the refugee camp.
