Depending on what kind of equipment you have for using the fuel there are
various opportunities. One that comes to mind right away is Black Soldier Fly
larvae. They can consume almost any organic foodstuff. They eat food waste,
animal and human manure, animal carcasses, etc. Their bodies will be about
60% protein and 30% fat. The protein is equivelent to about 8% nitrogen so
they make a great fertilizer as well.

The fat can be burned in a stove or used as a substitute for diesel fuel in
an engine.

It is not much trouble to make several tons of larvae per week. With 30% of
the weight being fat there is a substantial amount of fuel available for
very little trouble.
