Andrew and all,
I can appreciate your comment and I have some agreement, but a couple
months ago
the co-administer (Tom Miles) of this list requested that I not break the
threads by changing the Subject line. So now I am caught between the two
respected recommendations, and must let you two and others help work it out.
I like threads (Subject names) that are more specific to the topic, but when
should the Subject be changed, and by whom, and is there a way for treads to
branch? Does the combination of the new and old Subject lines allow for
threads to be followed? Example: "..(new subject).. Was: RE: (old subject)."
Clearly "Comments about T-LUDs" is a Subject line that has spun off into
several directions: J-Stoves, Tiny T-LUDs, Chemical
processes inside
T-LUDs and several others.
Unfortunately, my effort to make one reply to several messages has backfired,
especially because you (and perhaps others) have ignored that message. I hope
you will be back into the T-LUD discussions soon.
:-)) I know that in my In-Box there is another message from you about
"Comments about T-LUDs", but I will resist reading it right now because
I would
be tempted to combine two or more responses into this message!!! :-))
Respectfully,
Paul
