[Stoves] Stove testing procedures

Tom,
Could be absorption/CO2 (black carbon) or scattering/CO2 (rough proxy 
for PM mass).
I have high hopes for gasifiers and fan stoves and hope that more can be 
tested.

Chris is going to pull together (a) 3 years of Honduras testing and (b) 
ARACHNE comparison between field and Apro lab in the next months. Right 
now his focus is on passing his Ph.D. prelim, which he will be taking on 
27 October. Wish him luck so he can stay around and do more good work!! 
I expect him to get back to the data crunching directly thereafter.
