Dear Dr. Mukunda,

Thanks for your message and insights.  Wonderful to be in contact with you.

Your first paragraph deals with large gasifiers (cleaning the gases for 
engines,
etc.).  Do you have any early references from Asia about very small gasifiers
such as the IDD/T-LUD devices?  You mentioned once something perhaps 
from China
in the mid-1980s.

The Mayon stove you mentioned was the original version, not the recent 
one with
the steam booster, correct?
