[Stoves] Which technologies will best reduce CO and black carbon, improve health and safety and lower household energy costs?

Tami,

Good points.

1. Interpret the black carbon as including PM, HC and emissions generally.

2. I had household energy budget specifically in mind.

Hola Tom,
I have to give some picky questions, sorry.

1. There is more to particulate matter (PM) than black carbon; that is, some
PM is black carbon, but a lot of it is not. Do you want to reduce PM or
reduce black carbon?

2. Do you mean lower *energy* costs or lower *household* energy costs?
(Relates to brick kilns and the like: you could improve the energy picture
but not directly affect household budgets)

cheers
Tami
