85% is a good number although I conservatively use 80%. Your comments
underline why we preach integrated cooking systems.
In Bolivia where we are currently introducing the 2 burner rocket and
solar cookers, in accordance with consumer demand in mostly rural areas,
we always promote the simple home made retained heat cooker.
Unfortunately since you can't "see" it cooking the RHC is the most
difficult for users to understand and believe in.
