[Stoves] Lanny's Biscuit cutter...?

I doubt that a bulb planter will be strong enough,
My cutter has a 16ga ss cutting cylinder and weighs 30 lb or 13.5 kilo.
There is quiet a bit of force in the chop when the cutter is raised 2ft/65cm
and brought down with all my might.
Could someone estimate the force? I probably push down with about 25 to
30lb/13.5K of weight plus the 2 ft of drop.
I may have too much weight, probably 20lb/9K would do, especially if the
paper is soaked for 3 or 4 days.

Subject: [Stoves] Lanny's Biscuit cutter...?
Dear Friends
I was looking through the tools in a well stocked gerden center on Sunday
and found a device that looks a great deal like Lanny's round
biscuit-cutting briquette maker. In case you don't have a workshop, you
could try it out.
It is a bulb planter and could be sharpened on the bottom edge to made a
simple briquetting tool.
The handle is spring loaded to assist ejection and I think it cost $6 or so.
Note the chrome!
Regards
Crispin
