Thanks Robert
I know nothing about drying tea but a mate of mine who is now a dairy
farmer in East Anglia did his degree at the Tea Research Foundation
(central Africa) and I have a copy here (ISBN 90-5808-265-2 but it's
not findable online). He illustrates moisture removal from a fluidized
bed as the temperature of the drying gases is varied, these inlet
temperatures are plotted from 95C to 105C. So I think fresh tea leaves
will stand this temperature.
