[Stoves] Request for help choosing the right wood stove

Hello,

I have read the articles about the stoves but can't choose which stove 
is the best for my application.

I want to use the wood stove for cooking a meal but also to have the 
nice thing of an open wood fire.
The smoke and the smell has to be reduced as much as possible.

I was looking to the wood stove of philips with the forced air 
principle. I can work something out like that with a fan.
Or are there other wood stoves with a simpler construction without the 
smell and smoke of an open fire???
Welding is no problem

A have found already something as a basic which i can use. a round 
cylinder diameter 30 cm (11inch) and about 40 cm (16inch)high
