For those with broadband you might like to take a look at

which is a video on the system for breaking water into hydrogen and oxygen 
promoted (and apparently patented) by Stanley Meyers.  He claims a novel and 
lower energy method which is demonstrated in the video.

I understand that as he finished (and demonstrated) his hydrogen powered car 
which used this method, he was apparently murdered.  The claim is, to keep 
him quiet.

This is definitely an electrical phenomenon, not heat so it doesn't apply to 
stoves in the way we were talking about it.
