Dear Crispin

A fundamental Law of Science is that one cannot get something for
nothing. The best that a competent Scientist like Foxworth can do is
bring us closer to break even. Someone like Meyers, who brags about his
lack of credentials and who claims to be able to get something for
nothing is a fraud.

The problems with the lack of electrolysis efficiency seem to be well
known. I understand that the major part of the inefficiency results from
a hydrogen overvoltage effect. Quite possibly someone could discover a
mechanism that reduces the consequences of the hydrogen overvoltage. The
best that one could hope for is to approach 100% efficiency. Claims or
inferences of having "Over Unity Machines" destroy the credibility of
the presenter.

Best wishes,

Kevin
