Actually, Don Lancaster discussed how "over unity" for the electrical
power input was possible. However, there was power from external
temperature -- the unit actually got colder as it ran. There was no
"free lunch", but some of the energy didn't come from the
electricity. Unfortunately, an Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) is
so inefficient, it gobbled up all the "free" energy available.
