Dear A.D.
Centralization may well soon become part of a past system of existence.
Diversification is the answer.
"Distribution" will soon be the new curse.
What India needs to do is start diversifying it's products by manufacturing
some of them off shore.
Here in Belize we have seen a great influx of people from India -- that
have become in but a few short years -- major merchants.
I can think of at least three -- right away -- that could easily invest
$100,000 US into starting any kind of stove venture. If you could show them
why.
Belize has a very well developed sheet metal fabrication infrastructure --
already in place -- in our numerous Mennonite colonies.
I am sure similar situations as exist here can be also found in other latin
American Countries.
Might you not consider working with some of these honorable Indian
Merchants and thus keep a better control over it all??
This is how America did things in the past.
If India is to evolve into a modern industrialized center -- might it not
be valuable to emulate some of the better devices innovated by America in
it's past glory times??
The largest stainless steel sheet metal works -- and zinc galvanized
roofing material works -- in Belize -- was started but 6 years ago -- not
far from where I live -- by some Chinese immigrants.
So between India "investors" and Chinese manufacturing -- you can safely
duplicate what you are presently achieving in India.
I am no longer so sure Capitalism as practiced by modern major american
corps can work to improve global living standards -- but I still have faith
in the Free Enterprise system.
Do not emulate Modern America -- Major corporation based capitalism -- do
Emulate old American free enterprise.
Learn to diversify around the planet in the same manner the original Yankee
Traders did -- back "when".
I guess the confusion on how to diversify a new product that has great
market potential is due to the major corporation and government grant
"systems" --
Between those two new waves -- Free Enterprise has almost drowned.
But last I heard -- True Free enterprise is still alive********** her in
Belize -- at least - - and easily implemented.
Belize would be a small market -- but it borders huge populations in Mexico
and Guatemala.
Guatemala and Mexico have not been so encouraging to immigrations from
India or China as has been Belize.
And last -- over the past few years I have become a licensed importer of
goods from India and China and maintain a small -- but steady trade --
averaging four containers per year. One from India -- Three from China.
I now have people from both Mexico and Guatemala buying small amounts of
farming equipments from me here in Belize.
Bottom line -- sometimes thinking to big is self destructive -- sometime
what you need stares you right in the face -- but for reasons -- can't seem
to be observed.
Probably because such a terrific -- blinding -- light is emitted from the
much larger -- powerful -- major corporations??
Small can indeed be beautiful to --- especially in 3rd world.
Start small -- maybe then is will grow big.

I probably could put you in Email communications with the Chine factory and
a few of the major Indian merchants here.
I could also be your representative here --
I can have my agents in India --
LOVSON EXPORTS LTD.,
98, Bajaj Bhavan,
Nariman Point,
Mumbai 400 021
INDIA
Tel: 91-22-22024071 / 22021918 (Ext.123)
Fax: 91-22-66360830 / 22045488
I supply this so as you can easily verify my situation.
The sales agent at Lovson I work with is:
Joanna Bhat
E-mail : joanna at lovson.com
http://www.lovson.com
She could arrange to ship a few of your products here for demonstration
units to the potential India investors and the Chinese maker. I would pay
your price and all shipping costs.
We then might simply import larger number of pre made units to test the
Market first before going into production runs.
The Indian Merchants I have in mind already have trade houses in a very
active international Free Zone on the Belize / Mexican border but 12 miles
from where I type this.
The important part is all of this can be done for so little in costs --
there would be no need to go chasing after major grant or other money -- we
just quietly "DO-IT"!!
Just as I have already -- very quietly -- established myself as a small
import/export operation -- with all the same "rights" as any other major
corporation would have.
All by believing in Free Enterprise -- and doing it by ones self --
Never borrowing and going in debt -- never selling out to any major
corporation -- just planting and tending to one's own garden -- Free
Enterprise -- contrary to all modern propaganda -- still lives -- still
exists -- still prospers -- well -- at least here in Belize it does.
India must learn to diversify -- as does China.
Centralized manufacturing with global distribution through a major
international corporation -- that might not be working well for much longer.
Peter / Belize
