We know it isn't Steve but these requests happen and I try to deal
with them.

Given that people do ask to be unsubscribe without availing themselves
of the webpage it looks to me that it's a lacking in the listserv
software that doesn't trap on digest content and forward it to
listowner without clogging the list.
