Model aircraft engines are generally 2 cycle with no sump, hence
nothing to drain.

Bonding to metal is not a bad thing in a model engine, it makes the
metal slippery and prevents galling. Just because there is a few
molecule thick layer of castor oil does not mean the whole mass polymerized.

In the early engines lubricated by castor oil, the draining was
needed because the oil in the sump would congeal and not flow until it got hot.
