Dear Frank and Penn

So it is getting a dose of CO2 once and then we are waiting for the peak to
pass.  I think it is probably fair to assume that the actual level of CO2 at
the peak is not important but I am wondering about the time delay between
entering the detector and the reading changing.

The detector I use only gives a change after the gas travels the length of
the intake pipe which is quite long.  The difference in time could be
perfectly correct, I am just asking about this aspect.  My suspicion is that
the detector is a lot faster than mine.
