I am really impressed with your video editing skills.  Dang. I feel left out
of a whole branch of technology.

I did a calculation and I think your fuel consumption is a lot lower than
you thought. That wood looks pretty punky and wet and it you get 12 MJ/KG
will be surprised. It is closer to the truth to say that you cooked that
meal with perhaps 10 ounces of wood, were it to be dried to 10-15% moisture.

Have you determined what the moisture content is?
