[Stoves] Burning low quality ethanol

At one time we removed race amounts of water from solvents like benzene
by adding a cube of sodium metal. I'm not suggesting the water be
removed using this method (could be explosive) but it may be a way to
keep the water from entering the alcohol without being too risky.
